Vendor Terms
Read before you apply
By submitting a vendor application, you agree to the following.
Reservation & payment
- Your booth is not reserved until full payment is received.
- Vendor payments are non-refundable. If you cancel for any reason, the payment is forfeited.
- Corbin Con may decline an application or cancel a registration at any time, for any reason. If we cancel, your payment is refunded in full.
Setup & teardown
- Vendor setup begins at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Friday, September 4, 2026, the day before the show.
- Setup must be complete before doors open at 9:00 AM Saturday.
- Vendors must remain set up until the event ends at 6:00 PM Saturday. Early teardown disrupts attendees and is not permitted.
- All vendor materials and booths must be cleared from the venue by 9:00 PM Saturday.
Parking
- Vendor parking is on the east side of The Corbin Arena, just outside the bay doors.
- Vendors with trucks or trailers must park in the designated trailer area — not in front of the Arena.
Booth conduct
- Stay within the boundaries of your reserved space(s). Do not block aisles or neighboring booths.
- Keep your space clean during the event and remove all trash and packaging at teardown.
- Keep noise at a level that does not interfere with neighboring vendors.
Power & WiFi
- Electricity is available for purchase — contact Corbin Con before the event to arrange.
- Vendor power draw is limited to 15 amps per booth. Any higher-draw equipment must be cleared with Corbin Con in advance.
- WiFi is provided for vendor use only.
What you can sell
- Trading cards, collectibles, comics, books, art, handmade goods, toys, games, cosplay accessories, and similar items.
- All items must be family-friendly. Corbin Con is an all-ages event — no explicit, adult, or mature content.
- No counterfeit, bootleg, or unauthorized reproductions of trademarked or copyrighted goods.
- No firearms (real, replica, or airsoft), ammunition, illegal items, or items prohibited by venue policy.
- If you're unsure whether an item qualifies, contact us before the event.
Sales tax
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Kentucky sales tax on their own sales. Corbin Con does not collect or remit sales tax on your behalf.
Liability
- Vendors are responsible for the security of their own merchandise and property. Corbin Con and The Corbin Arena are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.
- Vendors are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue or to other vendors' property.
- Vendors agree to hold Corbin Con and The Corbin Arena harmless from any claims arising from their participation.
Conduct & right to refuse
- Be respectful to attendees, staff, other vendors, and venue personnel.
- Corbin Con reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave for behavior that violates these terms or disrupts the show. No refund is issued in cases of conduct-related removal.
- Corbin Con reserves the right to refuse future participation for any reason.
Photography
- Corbin Con may photograph the event, including vendor booths, for promotional use.
Venue rules
- All Corbin Arena policies apply to vendors.
Updates
- These terms may be updated before the event. The version in effect on event day applies.
